Practice Philosophy
Each person is unique. The human body is created alike, but each person's life, experiences, injuries, emotions, past and present environments and practices change and mold their body into a very unique vessel. The training I have received allows me to use various techniques to personalize treatment to achieve the goals of the client for their session.
My foundation is the Cayce/Reilly Massage ,which blends three different massage techniques:
I am a certified practitioner in Pre - & Perinatal Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Craniosacral Palpation and Basic Acupressure.

Why I do what I do
My interest in complementary and alternative health and wellness began when I was a child with my interest in essential oils and herbs. I have always wanted to learn ways to help myself and others be healthy and stay healthy. I am naturally a nurturing and caring person. Being in the healthcare field gives me the ability to help a wide variety of people with various concerns and provide guidance to help them take better care of themselves and maintain their health and wellness.
A little bit about me: hobbies, family, interests
I was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. I joined the US Navy my senior year of high school and headed to boot camp in August 1993. Though I had only intended to give the government 4 years of my life for the college money, I enjoyed my first enlistment enough to stay for the full 20 years and earn my pension. After serving my country, I found myself called to helping people find, recover, and maintain their own health and wellness. I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Complementary and Alternative Health as I was completeing my time on active duty in the U.S. Navy. From there I found myself drawn to the Edgar Cayce Association for Research & Enlightenment and the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage Therapy, not just for the massage aspect, but also for the holistic health information included in the curriculum.
I am very adventurous. I love getting in my car and just driving. I enjoy fitness, traveling, camping, photography, wine, craft beer, renaissance festivals, and any thing else that catches my fancy. I am an avid gardener. I find my peace with my hands in the earth. I also enjoy taking walks with my little one around our neighborhood and collecting the feathers I find along the way.
I was blessed to become the mother of a beautiful little human in April 2017. As they grow, I realize how much I still have to learn and how important it is for me to set the example of health and wellness I wish for them to have. They also love being outdoors and help ensure the garden is well watered. We love camping together and greatly enjoy our adventures all over the United States.
